Hyatt Hotel Wedding Canberra | Cirwun & Mitchell

It seems like just yesterday we were getting to know Cirwun & Mitchell during their engagement session. It was an absolute joy to be with Cirwun & Mitchell on their wedding day this past Saturday! They were married at the gorgeous Hyatt Hotel in Canberra! The light was incredible, the portraits were insanely beautiful and everything went as planned. 

Every now and then, we are welcomed into a family dynamic on the wedding day that leaves a lasting impression and that is most definitely what we experienced during Cirwun & Mitchell’s wedding day. Mitch lost his dad recently and I was aware of how deeply this impacted his family. This was just one of the many things I loved about Cirwun & Mitch’s wedding day. Their love of family and their emphasis on honouring those that they miss was beautiful.

Another part of their day that I LOVED was where their wedding was held! The Hyatt Hotel is a gorgeous property across from Lake Burley Griffin! The historic elements throughout each area were so beautiful and impressive and the epic-ness of the architecture made for the most incredible portraits.

Cirwun & Mitch, you are an incredible couple. Your love for one another and for other people was shining so brightly throughout your entire wedding day. We couldn’t love you more and we can’t thank you enough for allowing us to be the ones to capture the memories of your big day!
